OPM recently added a new feature to their Retiree Service Online site at https://www.servicesonline.opm.gov/. You can now download and print out a current copy of your FEGLI Verification of Life Insurance (VOLI) Coverage. You can also print out duplicate 1099s for 2013 on this site when they are released.
